LOOK: Brown-cane-sugar color, amber-gold, bright and clean touches, intense and very lax tear.

AROMA: Typical raisin aroma, gently soothing, with intense harmonies of coffee, fig, quince and cherry and plum jam.

TASTE: Fleshy mouthfeel, roasted coffee beans, arrope, creamy, intense, broad aftertaste. Balance between sweetness and acidity. There are nuances of nuts, with appreciable hazelnut and almond shells.

SERVE: Tastes best at 8-10ºC

FOOD PAIRING: Ideal with foie gras with nuts and desserts.
